Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using OKBOOTH's photo booth rental services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

OKBOOTH provides professional photo booth rental services including:

• Digital self-service photo booth equipment
• Premium photographer-based photo booth services
• Custom backdrops and props
• Digital photo delivery and gallery access
• Professional setup and breakdown
• On-site attendant services

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Reservations

• All bookings require a signed contract and deposit
• Minimum rental period is 2 hours for digital booths
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit
• Final guest count must be provided 7 days before event

Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required to secure booking
• Remaining balance due 14 days before event
• Additional charges for overtime will be billed after event
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Pricing

• Pricing is based on event date, location, and service type
• Travel fees may apply for events outside service area
• Additional charges for setup in difficult locations
• All prices subject to applicable taxes

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

• 30+ days notice: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 14-29 days notice: 50% refund
• 7-13 days notice: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Rescheduling

• One free reschedule allowed with 14+ days notice
• Additional reschedules subject to availability and fees
• Rescheduling within 7 days may incur additional charges

Weather and Force Majeure

• Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions
• We reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons
• Alternative indoor arrangements may be required
• No refunds for weather-related cancellations

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing adequate space for equipment setup (minimum 8x8 feet)
• Ensuring access to electrical outlets (standard 110V)
• Providing a level surface for equipment
• Maintaining a safe environment for our staff and equipment
• Obtaining necessary permits for the event location
• Providing accurate event information and guest count
• Ensuring venue allows photo booth services

6. Equipment and Liability

Equipment Care

• All equipment remains property of OKBOOTH
• Client is liable for damage caused by negligence or misuse
• Equipment must not be moved or tampered with
• Food and beverages are not allowed near equipment

Liability Limitations

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services
• We are not responsible for venue restrictions or access issues
• Equipment failure does not constitute breach of contract
• We carry appropriate insurance for our operations

7. Photo and Media Rights

• All photos taken are provided to the client
• OKBOOTH retains the right to use photos for marketing purposes
• Client grants permission for promotional use of event photos
• Photos will be delivered within 48 hours of event completion
• Digital gallery access provided for 30 days
• Additional storage fees may apply for extended access

8. Setup and Breakdown

• Setup typically takes 60-90 minutes
• Breakdown takes 30-45 minutes
• We arrive 1-2 hours before event start time
• Client must provide access to venue during setup/breakdown
• Additional fees may apply for complex setups

9. Conduct and Safety

• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated
• We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests
• Equipment will be shut down if safety is compromised
• No refunds for service termination due to misconduct
• All guests must follow venue rules and regulations

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our equipment and materials are the property of OKBOOTH or their respective owners. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
